Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping in Europe. Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect and package your lounge furniture with hugs and love, so please allow up to 24 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.
Your lounge order will then gently be sent via the post (UPS/TNT/FedEx), and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-5 business days.
Yes! Whilst we started in Denmark, our lounge furniture are loved all over the globe! If you are looking to send to a different country, you’ll need to contact us via e-mail.

All of our outdoor lounge furniture is SGS-tested to highest standards and filled with PU foam and therefore vacuum packed, which makes shipping & unboxing super practical 📦
Yes, all of our outdoor lounge furniture is 100% weather proof. Our fabric is Olefin based, UV protected, SGS tested to highest standards and resistant to pool & salt water.

The fabric is washable at 40 degrees and can be tumbled dry at low temperatures.
We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!
Need a little longer to pay for your TroisPommes order? We offer Klarna payment plans for European customers only.
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.
Returns & Exchanges
We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 14 day return period in original TroisPommes Home packaging! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Sadly, we know that sometimes the order you place is just not quite the right fit for you. You can certainly return your TroisPommes Home order to us for a full refund in original packaging, provided it is returned within 14 days.
Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our TroisPommes Home team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.
These things happen! Please e-mail us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfillment you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
Gone are the days of carrier pigeons and smoke signals – emailing us or sending a direct message on Instagram is the way to go!
