Troispommeshome.com receives payment via the payment cards and methods listed on the page, and payment is deducted when the item has been shipped or an invoice has been issued.

Dispatch only takes place when payment has been approved by the card issuer. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT

We use an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information so that no one else can read your information.

Troispommeshome.com delivers to all of Europe, with an expected delivery time of 8-12 business days after confirmed payment. Should delays or errors occur, you will be informed immediately by email or phone.

When you have received your order, please check the condition of the package. If it has received visible damage or shocks, you as a consumer have the option to sign for receipt, with reservations. In case of severe damage, you have the option to refuse reception.

Troispommeshome.com offers a 14-day right of withdrawal on all items.
The deadline expires 14 days from delivery of goods. However, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. This information must be sent to our email. You cannot undo by simply refusing to receive the item.

If you wish to return an item to us, you must notify us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item and you bear the risk for the item from this point until the item's return and arrival with us.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, as delivered. The item must not show signs of being used or dirty. This and lack of original packaging can constitute a reduction in value. Returned goods that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense and a refund will be refused. This also applies if an item
has not been covered by the supplied protection covers.

Items that are lost or damaged during shipping from the customer to us will not be replaced. We therefore encourage all shipments to be insured and returned with track & trace and that the goods be packed properly. Save your shipping receipt.

All products sold in Denmark are covered by the Danish law on the sale of goods, which gives you 24 months to lodge a complaint about a product. If errors or defects are due to negligent use, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, etc., your right to complain lapses.

We reserve the right for price changes, typing errors on the website and out-of-stock items.
